What is VAT Relief and who is it for?

VAT Relief is available to anyone who has a long-term medical condition. You may also qualify if you are registered disabled. If you are in any doubt please call your local Customs office or the National Advice line: 08453 020 203.

How do I claim?

By filling in the form below you declare that you are eligible. Please ensure you are eligible first as Customs may check and will prosecute for any fraudulent applications. Once you have filled in the form any eligible products will automatically be zero rated in the shop each time you login.

Important

  • When using VAT Relief any ordered goods must be for personal / domestic use only
  • VAT Relief does not apply to any postage or packaging charges
  • Make sure you or the person you are ordering for is eligible for VAT relief before filling in this form. The VAT act 1983 has severe penalties for anyone who provides false details
